We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy on all bookings. If your plans change at all, you must let us know by 16:00 the day before arrival.

Guests checking-out prior to their confirmed departure date will incur an early departure fee equal to one night's accommodation. To avoid charges please inform front desk before 16:00, one day prior to your new departure date.

Amendments and cancellations made by the hotel:
In some cases, the hotel might cancel or amend your reservation. If it does happen, you can either:
1- Agree with the amendments made to your reservation or;
2- Cancel your reservation within the cancellation policy, and obtain a full refund.

Payment Information:
Upon arrival, a credit/debit card is required to guarantee your stay. The payment must be made on departure with the same credit/debit card. If you wish to pay by cash or do not have a debit/credit card, the payment must be made on arrival. Cheques must be guaranteed by a debit card and the amount of the cheque can not be higher than the amount shown on the card.
