We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy on all bookings. If your plans change at all, you must let us know by 16:00 the day before arrival.
Guests checking-out prior to their confirmed departure date will incur an early departure fee equal to one night's accommodation. To avoid charges please inform front desk before 16:00, one day prior to your new departure date.
Amendments and cancellations made by the hotel:
In some cases, the hotel might cancel or amend your reservation. If it does happen, you can either:
1- Agree with the amendments made to your reservation or;
2- Cancel your reservation within the cancellation policy, and obtain a full refund.
Payment Information:
Upon arrival, a credit/debit card is required to guarantee your stay. The payment must be made on departure with the same credit/debit card. If you wish to pay by cash or do not have a debit/credit card, the payment must be made on arrival. Cheques must be guaranteed by a debit card and the amount of the cheque can not be higher than the amount shown on the card. Company cheques are only accepted with a prior payment authorisation from the company.

From Stansted Airport:
Take the fast train to Liverpool Street station. From Liverpool Street station, take the Circle Line of the Underground to Gloucester Road station. Go from Gloucester Road station to Earl’s Court station on the District Line.
On Foot
From Earl’s Court Underground station (District Line):
Follow the exit towards Earls Court Road. Turn right and walk down Earls Court Road passing Dino, Burger King, Boots and Oddbins. Take the first turning on your right. You are now on Penywern Road. Comfort Inn Earl’s Court is just one minute’s walk on your left-hand side.
From Earl’s Court Underground station (Piccadilly Line):
Follow the exit towards Warwick Road and Earls Court Exhibition Hall. Turn left. Walk down Warwick Road and take the first turning on your left. You are now on Penywern Road. Comfort Inn Earl’s Court is one minute’s walk on your right-hand side.
